HOW DO I IDENTIFY MY CHAUFFEUR?

Your chauffeur will display a sign with your name on it. If you provided your cell number upon booking, you will receive chauffeur information via text message. If you cannot find your chauffeur, please call our dispatch team at 786.553.0258/786.873.6842

WHAT IF MY FLIGHT IS LATE, DELAYED OR CHANGES GATES?

At Roads Excellence Connection, our system automatically updates your flight status to ensure our chauffeurs are given updated arrival information and respond accordingly. With the flight number you provide at the time of booking, we track your flight and arrival at the terminal for seamless pickup.

I AM ARRIVING AT THE AIRPORT, AND IT MAY TAKE TIME TO GET MY BAGS. IS ANY WAITING TIME INCLUDED IN MY RESERVATION? IS WAITING TIME EVER CHARGED?

Charges incur starting when our chauffeur arrives at the terminal and your plane has landed.

WHAT IS THE CANCELLATION POLICY?

You may cancel up to 24 hours ahead of your scheduled pick up for a full refund. Within 24 hours, you may cancel but will be charged the full amount of your ride.

MAY I BOOK A ROUNDTRIP?

Yes. During the reservation process, you will be asked if you would like a return ride. You will have a chance to review your total cost prior to finalizing your reservation.

WHAT TYPES OF VEHICLES DO YOU HAVE?

We offer a range of vehicles from SUVs, Mini buses and Sedans. Please check our “fleet & rates” page.

WHEN IS MY CREDIT CARD CHARGED FOR THE SERVICE? MAY I PAY CASH TO THE CHAUFFEUR?

Your credit card will be charged when you make the reservation. Our drivers will not accept payment.

WHAT ARE YOUR SURCHARGES?

Our surcharges differ depending on the service area. For reservations in Miami Service Area, we have a fluctuating fuel surcharge (based on Department of Energy index), 7% State Taxes, a $7 sanitization fee on minibuses, as well as a $5 flat airport parking fee (for arrivals only). For the Miami Service Area fuel surcharge is $3.00 per hour or 2.7% of the Base Rate for Regular reservations, $10.00 flat airport parking fee, and 2.5% Service Charge fee.

We accept all major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover.

DO YOU PROVIDE CHAMPANGE / ALCOHOL IN YOUR VEHICLES?

We are prohibited by Law in providing or transporting alcoholic beverages. But We can provide beverage like Water, juice and Soda.

MAY I BOOK VEHICEL FOR HIGH SCHOOL EVENT SUCH A PROM?

Yes. However, there is an 7-hour minimum charge, and you must have a chaperone who is 18 years of age or over, travelling with you. This person must show proof of age at pick up. If at the time of Pick up, there is no chaperone present, we will be unable to proceed with the reservation, and you will be charged in full for the reservation

CAN ROADS EXCELLENCE CONNECTION TRANSPORT ME BETWEEN DIFFERENT STATES?

No, we are not licensed for interstate transportation.  

WHAT IF I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY CONFIRMATION EMAIL?

If you do not receive your confirmation email within one hour of booking, please contact us at roadsexcellenceconnection@gmail.com or reach out via phone or text, and we will promptly resend it.

HOW MUCH SHOULD I TIP MY CHAUFFEUR?

For convenience, a 20% customary Chauffeur gratuity is included in your reservation price. If you wish to give the Chauffeur an extra tip, you may do so in cash at your discretion.
