  1. Reservations and Payment Schedule
  2. Booking Deposit: A non-refundable 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your vehicle reservation.
  3. Final Balance: The remaining 50% of the total balance must be paid directly to the driver at the designated pickup zone before the journey begins.
  4. Round-Trip Bookings: For round-trip reservations, the remaining 50% balance for the entire package (both legs of the journey) must be settled during the first pickup.

2. Priority Safety Pass (Return Transfers)

  • Upon setting the round-trip balance during your initial pickup, your chauffeur will issue an Official Company Sticker.
  • This physical sticker serves as your priority safety pass for your return trip.
  • Passengers must keep this sticker handy to help our return drivers safely and instantly identify your group at the busy pickup zones.

3. Accepted Payment Methods [4]

  • For Digital Deposits: We accept Zelle, Venmo, Apple Pay, and major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express).
  • For On-Site Balances: We accept Cash, Zelle, and credit cards directly with the driver.

4. Flight, Port, and Traffic Tracking [5]

  • We actively monitor real-time flight and cruise ship schedules to adjust your pickup times for early arrivals or delays.
  • While we guarantee a 100% On-Time Commitment under standard operations, the Company is not liable for extreme delays caused by force majeure, severe weather, unannounced port delays, or major highway closures. [6, 7]

5. Passenger Conduct, Capacity, and Vehicle Care

  • Vehicle Capacity: Passenger counts must strictly respect vehicle limits (Luxury SUV: Up to 6 passengers; Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: Up to 14 passengers). Overloading vehicles is strictly prohibited by Florida transportation regulations.
  • Vehicle Damage & Cleaning Fees: Passengers are expected to maintain basic cleanliness. A minimum fee of $250.00 will be automatically charged for deep cleaning, biohazard spills, or physical damage caused to the vehicle interior by any member of the booking party.
  • Conduct: We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate a charter immediately without a refund if any passenger behaves in a reckless, abusive, or unsafe manner toward the chauffeur.

6. Additional Fees (Tolls, Parking, and Gratuities) [8]

  • Base rates displayed or quoted do not include mandatory highway Tolls, Airport/port facility parking fees, or driver gratuities. These will be itemized in your final quote or settled at the time of transit.

7. Subcontracting and Affiliate Network Partners
To guarantee availability during peak seasons, high-demand periods, or unforeseen fleet maintenance, Roads Excellence Connection reserves the right to subcontract or assign transportation services to vetted, trusted affiliate partners. Every affiliate company within our network is strictly required to be fully licensed, background-checked, and commercially insured under Florida transportation authorities. Customers will always receive the same premium standard of service, vehicle category, and professional care, regardless of whether the trip is fulfilled by our direct fleet or an approved affiliate partner.
